1. The service
Matajr gives you an online store on its own address (your-store.matajr.shop), a dashboard to manage products, orders and deliveries, and tools to confirm cash-on-delivery orders.
Features marked "Soon" are not available yet. We may add, change or remove features to improve the service.
2. Your account
You must give accurate information when you sign up, including a working email address and an Algerian mobile number, and keep it up to date.
You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done from your account. Tell us at support@matajr.dz straight away if you think someone else has accessed it.
Each store has its own address. We may refuse or withdraw an address that is misleading, offensive or infringes someone else's rights.
3. Plans
The Free plan is free forever, within its limits on products, monthly orders and team members.
Paid plans (Starter, Growth and Pro) are billed monthly or yearly, at the prices shown on our pricing page at the time you subscribe. Every plan includes every feature; plans differ only by their limits. A yearly subscription costs ten months of the monthly price.
When you reach a limit of your plan, you can upgrade at any time from your dashboard.
4. Payment
You can pay online by CIB or EDAHABIA card through our payment provider Chargily, or by a deposit (versement) to our CCP account. A CCP payment is activated once we have received and checked it.
Prices are in Algerian dinars (DZD). A plan period starts on the day the payment is confirmed.
Once a paid period has started, it is not refunded, in whole or in part. If you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days at support@matajr.dz.
5. When a paid plan ends
If a paid plan is not renewed, your storefront is paused: customers can no longer see it or place orders. Your dashboard, products, orders and customer data stay available to you.
Your storefront is back online as soon as you renew, or once your store fits the limits of the Free plan.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use Matajr to:
- sell products or services that are illegal in Algeria, counterfeit, or that require an authorisation you do not hold;
- mislead customers about a product, its price, its delivery or your identity;
- send unsolicited messages, or collect personal data for a purpose other than handling orders;
- attack, overload or try to access parts of the platform you are not allowed to use.
7. Your responsibility as a merchant
You are the seller. You are responsible for your products, their descriptions and prices, the orders you accept, delivery, returns and your relationship with your customers, in line with Algerian law, including law 18-05 on e-commerce.
You are responsible for the personal data of your customers that you handle through Matajr. Our privacy policy explains how we process it on your behalf.
8. Availability and liability
We work to keep Matajr available and secure, but we cannot guarantee that it will never be interrupted, for example during maintenance or an outage at a provider.
Matajr is not a party to the sales between you and your customers, nor to the services of delivery companies. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us over the last twelve months.
9. Suspension and closing your account
You can stop using Matajr at any time and ask us to close your account at support@matajr.dz.
We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, after telling you, unless the law or an emergency requires us to act at once.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will tell you about important changes by email or in your dashboard at least 15 days before they apply. If you keep using Matajr after that, the new terms apply.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Algerian law. If a dispute cannot be settled amicably, it will be brought before the competent Algerian courts.
